London Life Update

Hello everyone! I have been in London for over 3 weeks now and have been very busy. I have started classes and have had the opportunity to explore London, as well as travel to two places: Budapest and Madrid!

I am taking an art class while abroad and my professor is an art teacher from UW-Madison that is here on the program with us! We have been able to go to different museums in London. The first week, we went to Tate Britain!

One of the projects in my art class is to create an instagram account and post photos following a certain theme or criteria my professor gives us every week! If you are interested in looking at it, it is linked below!

On one of our days off from class we went and explored Camden Market in London! There are a lot of food stands and shops that people love to walk around and eat food!

Another day that we had free we went to Borough Market! It was very similar to Camden, but had more farmer’s market stands. We also had to stop and get coffee!

We went out and explored the Tower Bridge and London Eye one day too! Right now, the London Eye is under construction so we weren’t able to go on it, but hopefully we can before we leave!!

The second museum we got to go to was the Photographer’s Gallery in SoHo! Then our assignment for the week was to take pictures around Soho, which is a very fashionable place!
